The Wine:
The Bandol Tempier Rosé offers a unique blend of complexity and freshness. It has a fine structure, with no tannin. The high-quality care given to the vines and the diversity of the terroirs produce a flavourful intensity and a strong typicity.
Pellicular maceration or direct pressing, then the juice is allowed to settle at a low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel or concrete vats.
Opens with wild strawberry, white peach, citrus peel, herbs de Provence and a touch of rosehip. The palate is dry and expansive, offering flavours of blood orange, melon, salty stone, and crushed herbs. There’s weight and grip here, balanced by fresh acidity and a long, savoury finish that lingers with notes of anise and saline lift.
